<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bobbin around which a coil can be wound without leaving no gap between them, and a choke coil using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In this bobbin including a cylindrical core body 1a in the inside of which a square magnetic core is accepted, and on the outside of which the coil is wound, and flanges 1b formed at both ends of the core body 1a, the core body 1a viewed in a cross section orthogonal to the axial direction of winding has an outer face formed by continuation of a plurality of curved lines projecting outward. For example, the inner face of the core body 1a is substantially a rectangle, and the outer face thereof is formed by the long side of the rectangle, the short side, and circular arcs having three kinds of radiuses corresponding to each of respective corners. This shape of the outer face easily allows the coil to be wound along the outer face, and the coil can be wound without leaving a gap between the coil and the outer face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
