<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a shortcut file reflected with an intention of a shortcut file creator. <P>SOLUTION: A document file management apparatus comprises creation means and execution means. In the creation means, when creating a shortcut file holding link information of a document file, in the case where an instruction to create a read-only shortcut file is received, a shortcut file is created of which the execution operation is set to read only and in the case where an instruction to create a shortcut file not for read only is received, a shortcut file is created of which the execution operation is set to be writable. In the execution means, when executing the shortcut file created by the creation means, the execution operation is determined and in the case where the execution operation is for read only, the document file of the link information is opened for read only but in the case where the execution operation is to be writable, the document file of the link information is opened to be writable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
