<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a welding bead from inhibiting storage of a roller, not to cause the welding bead to come in contact with a rolling roller, and to secure necessary welding strength. <P>SOLUTION: A welded holder for a roller bearing comprises an annular band-shaped steel 11 having a plurality of pocket holes 20 for housing a roller in a circumferential direction. The pocket holes 20 are constituted of a space surrounded by a pair of pillars 21 adjacent to each other on both sides of the circumferential direction and a pair of ears 22 and 23 opposed to each other on both sides of the axial direction of the pocket holes 20. The two ends of the band-shaped steel 11 are provided at one of the plurality of pillars 21, to which butt welding parts 60 and 61 are provided. The two ends of the band-shaped steel 11 have divided pillars 30, 40 and 31, 41 respectively. The pair of the divided pillars 30, 40 and 31, 41 are shaped so that they project to the pocket holes 20 from both sides of the axial direction of the band-shaped steel 11, and have a notch so as to connect the pocket holes 20 on both sides of the circumferential direction at the center in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
