<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver, a rotation sensor, and a rotation angle detector which can further precisely detect the short-circuit abnormality of a signal line. <P>SOLUTION: A resolver 2 has: resolver three coils 23-25 disposed separately in a circumferential direction R1 of a rotor 20; and an exciting coil 22 producing a magnetic field on the basis of energization so as to induce voltage on the resolver coils 23-25. When the magnetic field added from the exciting coil 22 to the three resolver coils 23-25 with rotations of the rotor 20 changes, voltage induced in the resolver coils 23-25 changes to output three-phase signals V1-Vc changing amplitude in a sine wave shape to a rotation angle θ of the rotor. In this case, all transformer ratios between the exciting coil 22 and the resolver coils 23-25 are set to be difference values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
