PURPOSE: A seat plate with a stimulating device is provided to prevent a user from feeling unpleasant due to a sensation from a foreign body. CONSTITUTION: A seat plate with a stimulating device comprises a seat plate main body(1) which is formed with a through-hole(2) in the upper center, an operation device(3) which is installed in the through-hole and is lifted and lowered, and an air bag device(4) which is installed at the bottom of the operation device and lifts the operation device.
