PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hydrophilic thin film is provided to uniformly form a hydrophilic thin film having high transmittance, and low surface contact angle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydrophilic thin film comprises: a step of hydrophilizing a substrate for forming a hydrophilic thin film; a step of soaking the substrate into an electrolyte polymer solution, which has positive charge in a water solution; and a step of soaking the substrate into a polyacrylic acid solution, which has negative charge in a water solution. The electrolyte polymer solution and the polyacrylic acid solution have the acidity of 0.5-5 pH. |
