<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device capable of reducing a caught state upon a housing operation of webbing and reducing complex operations to be carried out by an occupant for releasing a caught state. <P>SOLUTION: The winding amount of the webbing after a buckle switch 39 is switched from ON to OFF is detected by a winding-amount detecting means 36. Based on the detection result of the winding-amount detecting means 36, a caught state determination means 37 determines a caught state of the webbing 5. When the caught state determination means 37 determines that the webbing 5 is caught, a re-housing control means 38 re-drives a motor 10 in a webbing winding direction. If the caught state is not released even after that, after acceleration acts on the vehicle at a specified value or more, the re-housing control means 38 further re-drives the motor 10 in the webbing winding direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
