<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in real time, information related to a voting tendency of members satisfying a condition to be a reference when performing voting in a public competition. <P>SOLUTION: A voting terminal device 100 includes a processing part 135, a communication part 150, and a display part 110. The processing part 135 selects a condition of higher layer members to be a reference when performing voting according to input by members. The communication part 150 transmits, to the outside, member identification information of the member according to the input related to a voting request by the member, voting data indicating voting content and the condition selected by the processing part 135.
