<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having hardness, transparency, heat resistance, and impact properties in good balance. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition includes a dispersion phase that contains elastomer A containing a unit derived from (meth)acrylic acid ester of aromatic thioalkyl alcohol and a unit derived from conjugated diene, and having a glass transition temperature of -21°C or lower, and a continuous layer that is a transparent resin B having a refractive index of 1.521 or larger and 1.582 or smaller.
