PURPOSE: A drain pipe for farmland and a method for constructing an agricultural drainage channel are provided to regularly maintain the water level of a farmland, thereby minimizing the flood damages and improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A drain pipe for farmland comprises a pipe body and a water conveyance device(40). A cross sectional area of the pipe body becomes larger one end portion than the other end portion, and a support plate(33) is extended on one side of the pipe body. The water conveyance device is installed in at least one of the surfaces to absorb water.
