PURPOSE: An active magnetic regenerative refrigerator for the optimum flow rate modulation is provided to actively change temperature by changing magnetism, to effectively transfer heat between fluids which flow inside, and to maximize thermodynamic efficiency of a magnetism refrigeration cycle. CONSTITUTION: An active magnetic regenerative refrigerator for the optimum flow rate modulation comprises a first active magnetic regenerator(31), a second active magnetic regenerator(32), a first high temperature unit heat exchanger(41), a second high temperature unit heat exchanger(42), a low temperature heat exchanger(50), and a bypass module(60). A plurality of magnetism refrigerants which a heat transfer fluid passes are mounted at the first and second active magnetic regenerator, are serially connected, and is arranged in parallel. The first and second high temperature unit heat exchangers are respectively connected at one end of the first and second active magnetic regenerators. The low temperature heat exchanger mutually connects the other end of the first and second active magnetic regenerators and supplies cold and heat to the outside. The bypass module is mounted between the first active magnetic regenerator and the second active magnetic regenerator, bypasses heat transfer fluid, and controls the flow rate of each heat transfer fluid which flows inside the first and second active magnetic recording reproducers.
