<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for an electric vehicle which facilitates the work for connecting the charger with an external power source. <P>SOLUTION: In a charger for an electric vehicle 1, a charging cable CB2, a charging control part 2, and a power source cable CB1 are provided at a charger body 10 having an attachment part for attaching the charger for the electric vehicle 1 to an installation location. A charging connector CN2, detachably connected with the electric vehicle that is subject to electric power supply, is connected with the charging cable CB2. The charging control part 2 controls charging to the electric vehicle with which the charging connector CN2 connects. A power source connector CN1 for connecting with a power source outlet 201 of a commercial AC power source is connected with the power source cable CB1. The charger for the electric vehicle 1 supplies electric power, supplied from the power source outlet 201 through the power source cable CB1, to the electric vehicle through the charging cable CB2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
