<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of minimizing image quality deterioration due to distortion in the deposition process. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device has a light-emitting region including a plurality of pixels on a drive substrate, each of the plurality of pixels has a first electrode provided for each pixel, a functional layer including at least an organic electroluminescent layer, and a second electrode, provided in order from the drive substrate side, and the functional layer includes a print pattern layer printed separately for each pixel. On the drive substrate, a protrusion is provided to protrude farther than any layer provided between the print pattern layer and the drive substrate. Occurrence of distortion in the light-emitting region is minimized when forming at least one layer (print pattern layer) out of the functional layers such as organic electroluminescent layer, for example, while printing separately for each pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
