<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-changeable printed matter as a forgery-preventive printed matter that employs a novel forgery preventing technology and is not hindered from being manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a color-changeable printed matter 1 which has, on one surface of a base 2, at least a color-changeable layer A(3) reversibly changing in color by being irradiated with the light of a specific wavelength and a color-changeable layer B(4) reversibly changing in color by heat, and characterized in that the color-changeable layer A and the color-changeable layer B have equal colors at the same time. Consequently, the color-changeable printed matter 1 allows information, based on a combination of the color-changeable layer A and the color-changeable layer B to be recognized in one body when the color-changeable layer A and the color-changeable layer B have equal colors at the same time, and allows information discriminated from the color-changeable layer B to be recognized when the color-changeable layer A discolors by being irradiated with the light of the specific wavelength.
