<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel cover which can be easily attached to a steering wheel and can achieve a mounting state with excellent aesthetic appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This steering wheel cover 1 includes a deformable cover body 10 formed in a generally C-shape in cross section in which a cutout 11 for attaching to the wheel section of the steering wheel is formed at one position in the cross-sectional circumferential direction.
