<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel, having a touch panel and a display panel, in which the touch panel can be upsized and a joint to an adjacent touch panel is hardly conspicuous, and a display device including a plurality of the panels arranged therein. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes plural panels arranged in such a manner that portions of the panels overlap each other. The panels each include a display panel and a touch panel disposed on the display panel.
