<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire, capable of reducing noise inside the tire by distributing noise energy which causes resonance inside the tire, or by changing a generated frequency, without shear deformation generated between a sound absorbing material and the tire. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes a porous sound absorbing material, which is stuck thereto by a sealant layer, in an inner surface of an inner liner. The sealant layer contains 100-400 pts.wt. of polyisobutylene, 10-100 pts.wt. of inorganic additive agent, and 1-15 pts.wt. of vulcanization agent, with respect to 100 pts.wt. of butyl rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
