<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, highly safe and easy-to-handle exercise assisting device. <P>SOLUTION: The exercise assisting device comprises two hemispherical bodies 10 each including a base 12 in which a flat surface 10A is slightly bendable to the outside by internal pressure generated when air is fully filled therein. The assisting device is formed such that, if the exercise assisting tool is installed on the floor surface with the base 12 down and the hemispherical body 10 filled with air, the vicinity of the bent part of the flat surface 10A is in contact with the floor surface, and a gap p in the height direction in a range of maximally 1-5% with respect to the diameter of the base 12 is generated between the peripheral edge part E of the flat surface 10A and the floor surface F. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
