<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water and water combination faucet capable of stably offering a click feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water and water combination faucet includes a combination faucet body 12, a housing 42, a fixed valve body 62, a movable valve body 60, a turning body 44, a lever 46, a lever shaft 48, an elastic member 58, and a spherical body 56. By revolution of the lever 46, a hot water and water mixing ratio can be adjusted. By front and back turning of the lever 46, a discharge amount can be adjusted. The elastic member 58 is arranged on an upper side of the movable valve body 60, and the spherical body 56 is supported from a lower side by the elastic member 58. The turning body 44 has a through-hole 110 penetrated in the vertical direction, and by utilizing the through-hole 110, an upper projection part is formed on the spherical body 56. A lower surface of the housing 42 has an abutting surface 125 which can be abutted to the upper projection part. The abutting surface 125 has a recess 154 and/or a projection 156.
