<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground leveling rake with which natural resources of natural trees are suppressed from being exhausted and natural environments are considered. <P>SOLUTION: A rake plate raking a surface of the ground or a fork plate leveling a surface of the ground smooth is formed from artificial wood, and the artificial wood is extrusion-molded by kneading paper making lees discharged in a process of making paper in a paper making plant and waste plastic discarded from homes and business places and crushed.
