<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer supply device that suppresses plastic deformation of a shutter member and maintains sealability for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: A developer supply device of the present invention includes a shutter member that is inserted from a hole provided on a case into the inside of the device, and is movable between a closing position for closing an exhaust port and an opening position for opening the exhaust port.
