<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that by using the concept of a virtual synchronous generator, electric power supplied to a power distribution grid will be controlled appropriately depending on fluctuation in electric power from distributed power sources and fluctuation in frequencies of the power distribution grid. <P>SOLUTION: In a power storage system installed between distributed power sources and a power distribution grid, there are provided a power storage device, a power conversion device which charges or discharges to and from the power storage device according to the output power of the distributed power sources, and a charge/discharge control device which controls charge and discharge operations of the power conversion device. The power storage system comprises: a distributed power sources power detection unit which detects the power of the distributed power sources; a power storage device charge capacity calculation unit which calculates the charge capacity of the power storage device; an output command value calculation unit which calculates an output command value of the distributed power sources including the power storage system on the basis of the output of the power storage device charge capacity calculation unit; and a power storage device charge/discharge command unit which outputs a charge or a discharge command value of the power storage device to the power conversion device on the basis of the output results of the output command value calculation unit and the distributed power sources power detection unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
