<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening metal fitting for an outer wall plate which can suppress deterioration of a waterproof function of a waterproof sheet due to a mounting screw during mounting. <P>SOLUTION: A fastening metal fitting 2 for an outer wall plate is provided with a metal fitting body 6 which includes a first receiving part 26 receiving the upper end of a lower-disposed outer wall plate 4, a second receiving part 28 receiving the lower end of an upper-disposed outer wall plate 4, and a mounting wall 8 for attaching to a column 36 (or stud). The mounting wall 8 of the metal fitting body 6 is provided with a mounting through hole, and the back of the mounting wall 8 is provided with a first butyl rubber layer 30 so as to cover the mounting through hole. The surface of the first butyl rubber layer 30 is provided with an adhesive layer.
