<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device configured to stably rotate a rotary gear disposed axially outward a side wall of a developing casing and to suppress the rotary gear from projecting outward the developing casing in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the developing device, and a process cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device 9 includes: a supply screw 92, a drive input gear 51 having a rotary shaft parallel to the axial direction; and a stud 50 rotatably supporting the drive input gear 51 and fixed to a back face-side casing 99b.
