<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel cover which can be easily attached to a steering wheel and can achieve an installation state with excellent aesthetic appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This steering wheel cover 1 to be attached to the wheel section 510 of a steering wheel 500 includes a deformable cover body 10 which is formed in a generally C-shape in cross section having a cutout for attaching to the wheel section 510 at one position in the cross-sectional circumferential direction r and a sub cover 20 for closing the opening between the upper side peripheral edge part 120 and the lower side peripheral edge part 130 of the cover body 10.
