METHOD FOR EVALUATING RESTENOSIS IN STENT USING MICRO CT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating restenosis in a stent using micro CT (computed tomography).

SOLUTION: The method for evaluating restenosis in the stent using micro CT attains a more accurate analysis by implanting the stent in a blood vessel, and quantitatively analyzing the condition of restenosis of the blood vessel of a portion where the stent is implanted, using micro CT after the lapse of a specified period to obtain a three-dimensional stereoscopic image.
