LINEAR MOTOR, LINEAR MOTOR COIL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LINEAR MOTOR COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor coil with high applicability.

SOLUTION: A plurality of coils 19 of a linear motor 1 includes: a flat coil 19A having a pair of parallel parts 19a and a pair of coupling parts 19b positioned on the same plane; and a bent coil 19B having a pair of coupling parts 19b positioned on one side in a coil axis direction (a z-direction) to a pair of parallel parts 19a. The parallel part 19a of the bent coil 19B is positioned at the coil opening 19h of the flat coil 19A, and the coupling part 19b thereof is overlapped with the coupling part 19b of the flat coil 19A in a z-direction. Each of the flat coil 19A and the bent coil 19B is formed by winding a wire rod 25 with a rectangular cross section in one row in the coil axis direction and in a multilayer in a coil diameter direction so that two sides of the rectangle are parallel to the coil axis direction and two other sides of the rectangle are parallel to the coil diameter direction.
