PURPOSE: A management system of new regeneration energy and a method thereof are provided to accurately predict the output of the new regeneration energy of a target date using at least one selected from the target date, the temperature of the target date, an amount of solar radiation of the target date, and the wind speed of the target date. CONSTITUTION: A load amount estimating part(220) selects a first similarity date among past dates. The load amount estimating part estimates the load amount of the first similarity date as the load amount of a target date. An energy output estimating part(230) selects a second similarity date by the type of new regeneration energy. The energy output estimating part estimates the new regeneration energy output of the second similarity date as the new regeneration energy output of the target date. An electricity generation plan establishment part(240) establishes the development plan of the target date.
