PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web page appropriateness calculation device for obtaining web page appropriateness on which a diagnostic result by a checker is reflected.

SOLUTION: A web page appropriateness calculation device 1 includes; a storage part 13 for storing a weighting factor for calculating web page appropriateness; a diagnosis part 14 for automatically diagnosing a diagnostic object in a web page; a diagnostic item appropriateness calculation part 15 for calculating diagnostic item appropriateness as appropriateness in view of web accessibility of a diagnostic object corresponding to a predetermined diagnostic item; a web page appropriateness calculation part 16 for calculating web page appropriateness on the basis of the diagnostic item appropriateness and the weighting factor; a weighting factor calculation part 17 for calculating a new weighting factor on the basis of the diagnostic item appropriateness and the web page appropriateness; and a weighting factor updating part 18 for updating an existing weighting factor with the new weighting factor. The storage part 13 includes: a weighting factor storage part 133; a diagnostic result storage part 134; a diagnostic item appropriateness storage part 135; and a web page appropriateness storage part 136.
