<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which causes no fracture or crack when cured, can give a highly transparent homogeneous cured product with high hardness, and has superior moldability; and the cured product useful for various applications such as an optical material. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes a mercapto group-containing polysiloxane compound and a vinyl compound.
