<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which can more precisely predict the harvest time for a cultured crop; to provide a harvest time-predicting program; and to provide a harvest time-predicting method. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device 2 includes an acquisition portion 2a, a calculation portion 2b and a production portion 2c. The acquisition portion 2a acquires temperature data in a crop growth period including prediction standard time, and temperature data in a plurality of other growth periods including the first and second other growth periods before the growth period. The calculation portion 2b calculates the first predicted harvest period from the temperature data of the crop growth period and the first other growth period temperature data, and calculates the second predicted harvest period from the temperature data of the growth time, and the temperature data of the second other growth period. The calculation portion 2b calculates a plurality of predicted harvest periods including the first predicted harvest period and the second predicted harvest period.
