<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation device capable of suppressing the decline of the concentration of a product gas while realizing energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: The gas separation device includes: a compressor for compressing air; an air tank for storing the compressed air; a pressure detection means for detecting the pressure of the air tank; an adsorption tank inside of which is filled with an adsorbent, for separating one gas of the compressed air supplied from the air tank and generating the other gas as the product gas; and a control part for performing an adsorption step of controlling the operation of the compressor according to the pressure detected in the pressure detection means of the air tank, supplying the compressed air to the adsorption tank, and adsorbing the one gas, and a take-out step of taking out the other gas as the product gas from the adsorption tank. The control part, in the adsorption step, controls the compressor so as to turn the pressure of the air tank to a first set pressure, and then controls the compressor so as to turn it to a second set pressure higher than the first set pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
