PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring method capable of satisfying a required performance and reducing power consumption.

SOLUTION: A method for wiring an integrated circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising: obtaining a first wiring so as to satisfy a predetermined operation frequency; calculating a maximum detour wire length using the predetermined operation frequency and a critical path of the first wiring; obtaining a second wiring by detouring the first wiring included in a wiring group using a wiring in another wiring group including the first wiring when wirings of the integrated circuit are divided into a plurality of groups; and updating the first wiring by the second wiring if a difference between the second wiring and the first wiring is equal to or less than the maximum detour wire length, and not updating the first wiring if the difference between the second wiring and the first wiring is larger than the maximum detour wire length.
