<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television viewing apparatus which, even while a time shift program is reproduced in a time zone different from a broadcast time, enables a user to bodily feel sharing and excitement equal to those in a real time program, using a chat history located in the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The television viewing apparatus according to this invention comprises: a storage unit for storing a content and service list information for a chat history; a data control unit for time-shift reproduction of the content; a connection unit for acquiring the chat history from a predetermined service for the chat history included in the service list information for the chat history; and a display unit for displaying the content under the time-shift reproduction and the chat history. The data control unit controls the connection unit to acquire, as a past chat history, the chat history corresponding to the content under time-shifting, and controls the display unit to display the acquired chat history in synchronization with the reproduction time of the content under time-shift reproduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
