PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a movement amount of data.

SOLUTION: A control part 1b enlarges a hash value range assigned to a first node 2, by shifting a border between the hash value range assigned to the first node 2 and a hash value range assigned to a second node 2a from a first hash value to a second hash value. The control part 1b moves data which is a part of data stored in the second node 2a and whose hash value calculated from a key belongs between the first hash value and the second hash value, from the second node 2a to the first node 2.
