<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device which, while securing high quietness, can exert resolver-less control stably. <P>SOLUTION: A F/B control unit 47, by using a feedback gain derived from a F/B gain variable control unit 80 by arithmetic operation, executes torque feedback control based on a torque deviation Δτ to calculate a first change component dθτ. Furthermore, the F/B gain variable control unit 80 calculates two kinds of different feedback gains K1 and K2 according to each arithmetic mode, a "first arithmetic mode" in which the first change component dθτ is assumed to be an addition angle θa and a "second arithmetic mode" in which the first change component dθτ corrected by an estimated motor revolution angle ωm_e is assumed to be the addition angle θa.
