摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide single-crystal oxidized-titanium spherical hollow particles which are excellent in optical, electronically and photoelectrical performance compared to conventional hollow nano particulate aggregates and can effectively generate a carrier by light absorption by using the same as a light scattering layer of a photosensitized solar cell, and a producing technique therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The oxidized-titanium spherical particles comprising rutile phases of an average particle diameter of 10-1,000 nm having single voids in the particles are formed by dispersing titanium raw powder comprising an anatase phase in a liquid phase, irradiating with the pulse laser light the raw powder in the liquid phase and melting and quenching the raw particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
