PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform effective blurring correction in consideration of the intention of a user.

SOLUTION: A blurring correction device 100 includes: a correction control part 5b for sequentially performing blurring correction to correct blurring that is generated in image data of a subject to be sequentially imaged by an imaging part 1; a specification part 4b for specifying regularity related to the positions of multiple subject configuration parts configuring the subject on the basis of the image data of the subject imaged by the imaging part; a prediction part 4c for predicting a range change direction where the imaging range of the subject to be imaged by the imaging part is continuously changed on the basis of regularity specified by the specification part; and a suppression control part 5c for suppressing the blurring correction by the correction control part in the range change direction predicted by the prediction part.
