<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier in which a passenger, in particular, a small passenger like a child can be prevented from falling from a seat, in a chair-lift which is operated while suspending a chair-type carrier on a cable. <P>SOLUTION: A carrier for a chair-lift is provided in which, in a front end portion of a seat board 14 on which a passenger sits down, a rod-like stopper 19 is provided that freely appears and disappears upward from a lower portion of the seat board 14.
