<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nightwear improving falling asleep. <P>SOLUTION: This nightwear is such that the q<SB POS="POST">max</SB>value of at least one fabric selected from the group consisting of a fabric of the most inner circumference located on the neck circumference, a fabric of the most inner circumference located on the side, and a fabric of the most inner circumference located on the inner thigh is higher than the q<SB POS="POST">max</SB>value of a fabric located on the other any place.
