<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of reducing a load imposed on a core network by efficiently reducing traffic with the provision of a cache memory in a network node. <P>SOLUTION: A cache memory 105 includes: a request data extraction unit for extracting identification information to identify request data requested to be acquired from mobile equipment; based on the identification information, a cache matching unit for determining whether the request data is preserved in a memory unit; a data acquisition and preservation unit for acquiring the request data if the request data is stored in the memory unit whereas if the request data is not stored in the memory, requesting to acquire the request data and storing the acquired request data in the memory unit; and a communication unit for transmitting the acquired request data.
