<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet device having high device reliability and capable of highly accurately controlling a discharge rate. <P>SOLUTION: An ink-jet device comprises: a nozzle which discharges an ink; a pressure chamber which communicates with the nozzle; a piezoelectric element which applies pressure to the pressure chamber; and a drive circuit which drives the piezoelectric element by applying voltage to the element. At least two drive circuits are connected to the same piezoelectric element.
