摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a composite pipe with improved connectivity between hetero materials and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain strong connectivity by substitution combination of nanoscale between hetero materials and to prevent separation phenomenon between hetero materials under high pressure and high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A composite pipe comprises polymer resin and hetero materials of metal. A first polymer layer(210), a metal layer(220), a second polymer layer(230) are successively formed from the inside of the composite pipe. The combination among the first polymer layer, the metal layer, and the second polymer later is formed by ion exchange combination. The first polymer layer is formed with one or more resin among polytetrafluoroethylene, polyamide resin, polyamide 6, polyamide66, polyamide12, HDPE, medium density polyethylene, cross-linked Olefin resin, PPS, and PBT, fluorine resin and copolymer of the polyamide resin.
