PURPOSE: A skin care device is provided to improve efficiency and performance thereof and to carry out cryoelectrophoresis and galvanic treatment. CONSTITUTION: A skin care device comprises a thermoelectric element(110) which emits and absorbs heat while changing heating and cooling direction according to electric current direction of a power source, a heat pipe for cooling the heat generation of the thermoelectric element, a radiating unit(120) consisting of a heat radiation pin for releasing the heat conducted to the heat pipe, a circuit controller(130) for controlling the operation of the thermoelectric element, a case which accommodates the thermoelectric element, radiating unit, and circuit controller, and a head(107) which is installed on the front surface of the case. |
