PURPOSE: A device for cutting a laminated tube is provided to prevent product failure by exquisitely cutting a circular tube to a straight line when the circular tube is cut after drawing out from a discharge port. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting a laminated tube has a cutting member comprising a circular fixed plate(10), a circular rotating plate(20), a first actuator(30), a slope pushing plate(40), a rotation generating part, and a cutter(60). The circular fixed plate has a circular discharge port to consecutively draw out of folded laminate materials into a circular tube. The circular rotating plate is rotatably coupled to the outer circumference of the circular fixed plate. The first actuator is coupled to the rear side of the circular rotating plate. The slope pushing plate is arranged in the rear side of the circular rotating plate and moves back and forth by the first actuator. Pressurized slope surfaces are formed in the upper and lower ends of the inner circumference of the slope pushing plate. The rotation generating part rotates at a predetermined angle according to whether or not to contact with the pressurized slope surfaces. The cutter cuts the circular tube discharged through the circular discharge port while rotating with the circular rotating plate after approaching to the circular discharge port when the rotation generating part rotates at the predetermined angle. |
