<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a highly reliable electronic device by enabling bandgap engineering of carbon, thereby achieving a variety of electronics. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device has a single layer of graphene film 1, and a pair of electrodes 2, 3 provided at both ends of the graphene film 1.
