摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a high capacity and an excellent cycle characteristics, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery being charged by that charging method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of charging a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a negative electrode including a negative electrode material using a silicon-silicon oxide based complex having a structure where silicon nanoparticles are dispersed into a silicon oxide, a binding agent using polyamide-imide resin and/or polyimide resin, and a negative electrode collector where a negative electrode mixture containing the negative electrode material and the binding agent are formed on the surface thereof, includes a step for suspending the charging after initial charging at a constant voltage, and then resuming the charging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
