<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet bowl capable of preventing discharge sounds and water splash by reducing air to be discharged from a rim discharge portion when starting water discharge from the rim discharge portion. <P>SOLUTION: The flush toilet bowl includes a rim discharge port 26 provided in a rim portion of a bowl part for discharging washing water onto a shelf portion to form a swirl flow on a sewerage receiving surface, and a rim headrace 10d branching in the vicinity of the back face side of the bowl part from a common headrace 10a which supplies the washing water from a water storage tank to the vicinity of the back face side of the bowl part, for supplying the washing water to the rim discharge port, and a jet headrace 10b branching in the vicinity of the back face side of the bowl part from the common headrace and communicated with a jet discharge port 22 formed in a lower region of the sewerage receiving surface of the bowl part. When the washing water is supplied from the water storage tank to the common headrace, the discharge of the washing water guided from the common headrace through the jet headrace to the jet discharge port is started before the discharge of the washing water guided from the common headrace through the rim headrace to the rim discharge portion is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
