<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a groove having a set width and a set depth in an insulating spacer formed of a pressboard while securing machining accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting blade 6 detachably fixed to a rotating shaft 52 rotatable around the horizontal axis of a rotating shaft device 5 is provided movably via a X-axis moving device 3 and a Y-axis moving device 4 in a horizontal direction and in a vertical direction, respectively, while cassette mounting plates 74 are fixed to a rotary table 72 rotatable around the vertical axis of a turning device 7, at its entrance/exit position opposite to a gateway into/from which cassettes 100 enter/exit and at its work position facing the cutting blade 6 180° apart from the entrance/exit position, respectively, and positioning devices are located near the mounting plates 74 for positioning the cassettes and fixing them to the mounting plates 74, respectively. A clamp device 9 is also provided for thrusting each of the longitudinally opposed edges of the plurality of insulating spacers arrayed in the cassette corresponding to the cassette at the working position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
