<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of detecting a suspicious object with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring device comprises: an object detection section 21 that detects an object to be monitored from a dynamic image captured by an imaging section 1; a traffic line information creation section 22 that creates traffic line information from a mobile vector of the object detected by the object detection section 21; a suspicious behavior determination section 24 that determines the object detected by the object detection section 21 as a suspicious object from the traffic line information, in accordance with a predetermined suspicious behavior pattern 31, and that determines other objects as new suspicious object candidates; a complex behavior determination section 26 that determines whether the new suspicious object candidate is a suspicious object from traffic line information on a new suspicious object candidate and traffic line information on peripheral objects existing around the new suspicious object candidate on the basis of a complex behavior pattern 32 of a predetermined condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
